How do I register for ElecTech?
New students can register one of two ways: If you have an ElecTech registration code,
click on New Students Register HERE, read the Terms and Conditions, and click on "I agree".
If you do not have a registration code, follow the instructions listed below for Where can I get an ElecTech registration code?.
Where can I get an ElecTech registration code?
Any Pass and Seymour distributor that stock Pass & Seymour/Legrand products can provide you with and ElecTech registration card.
Stop in to see your local P&S distributor.
OR
You can submit an application to receive a registration code online.
On the registration code page, click on the link: 'If you do not have an ElecTech registration card…' and
complete the application. Click on submit to process your application for a registration code.
How will I know that I have been accepted as a student?
You will receive an e-mail of acceptance to the e-mail you provided during registration.
What do I do now that I have a registration code?
Go to: New Students Register HERE. Please enter the code from the
ElecTech registration card. You should enter the code exactly as it is printed on the card taking into account that the
registration codes are case sensitive. After you have entered your registration code, click the continue button.
Fill in the fields to complete your registration. Create you own User Id and Password. Keep your user ID and Password
in a safe place - you will need to use them every time you enter ElecTech. Now, you are ready to start taking ElecTech
courses! Simply, type in your User ID and Password and select the course you would like to take.

How long is each course?
Each ElecTech course has the estimated time posted it will take you to complete the course. The number of credits you will earn when you have successfully completed each course is listed next to the course.
How do I know how many credits I have accumulated?
All course credits are tracked for you. So when you are ready to do some shopping, you'll know instantly, how many credits are available to you at all times. Click on the P&S Shop icon at the bottom of the ElecTech page to link to the shop. Your credits are listed in the upper right hand corner of the P&S shop page. Each ElecTech credit is worth $1.00 at the P&S shop.
How do I make a purchase in the P&S Shop using my ElecTech credits?
View and select the merchandise you would like to receive. Upon checking out, select the ElecTech credits
you would like to use toward that purchase. Any dollar amount over credits available and shipping and
handling is payable by check, money order or credit card to complete purchase. To use ElecTech credits
for merchandise, you must access the shop through ElecTech!
What if I am not able to purchase anything from the P&S Shop?
If you are having a problem 'Adding Items to your Cart' or 'Checking Out' you may have to adjust
some settings on your computer. Follow the instructions below. If this does not alleviate the
problem you can contact Sherwood Promotions at 800-598-7555.

How often do you add new ElecTech courses?
We are always working on new ElecTech courses. Check back often to see what's new.
What if I move or change my e-mail address?
You can modify your profile information at anytime. Click on 'Modify Your Registration Info' on the ElecTech Welcome page.
What if I forget my User Id or password?
If you forget your password, there is a link on the ElecTech Welcome Page that says "Click here if you forgot your password".
If you forgot your user ID, you will need to contact the Dean of Students at
electechdeanofstudents@pass-seymour.com and it will be e-mailed to you.
How do I receive my certificates for each completed course?
Next to the list of the student's completed courses, there will be a link to the certificate of completion for that course.
Click on this link to get a PDF file of the certificate. You can print this certificate out on your printer.
